Agile working, reporting office Stratford, E15 4PH (20-40% in office. 3-4 days working at home) with occasional travel to construction sites in line with business needs                                Salary: Up to £58,000 depending on experience

L&Q has an exciting opportunity for a BIM Manager working as Client and Principal Contractor.  

 

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow, it will be ideal for someone on-the-way up. If you’ve worked in a 3D Coordination environment as an Architect, Architectural Technician, or BIM Coordinator during Design or Construction in the UK, then we would love to hear from you. 

 

The BIM team work across major residential developments, and you’ll be joining a growing team of friendly experienced BIM professionals, offering flexible and agile working opportunities.

Skills and experience:  

 
  • Experience in BIM 3D Coordination  

  • Experience in BIM deliverables for COBie.  

  • Experience implementing BIM process, technology, and training. 

  • BIM certified professional or a high level of experience of BIM.  

  • Experience in delivering or working to the BIM ISO19650 standards on projects.
