Your Impact in the Role:

  • Training Coordination & Support: Coordinate internal and external training courses, preparing materials, booking sessions, setting up rooms, and welcoming delegates.
  • System & Data Management: Maintain and update the Learning Management System with Health & Safety training records, ensuring data accuracy for management information and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for training queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate reports including KPIs, attendance, and evaluations. Support process streamlining and recommend improvements to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: Manage booking processes, control budgets, raise purchase orders, and maintain accurate financial records aligned with procurement procedures.

 

What You'll Bring:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Awareness of Health & Safety Training Standards: Understanding of H&S training requirements, with experience working with awarding bodies (e.g., PASMA, CITB, IOSH) desirable.
  • Administrative & Coordination Experience: Proven experience in coordinating and supporting Health & Safety training within fast-paced working environments.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels and external partners, delivering clear and professional communications.
  • Strong Organisation & Planning Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, training schedules, and documentation with excellent attention to detail.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining training systems and matrices.
