Your impact in the role:
- Creating, managing, and optimising content on the corporate website
- Working with business areas to review and maintain accurate, compliant content
- Supporting the development of clear, user-focused digital journeys
- Ensuring content meets accessibility standards
- Content owners across the business
- Communications, Technology and Transformation teams
- Digital colleagues
What you'll bring:
- Degree or equivalent experience in digital communications, marketing, or related field
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and in a tone appropriate to the audience
- Strong editing and proofreading skills for digital platforms
- Understanding of content management systems, including design and delivery
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Understanding of on-page SEO, metadata, and accessibility standards
- Basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting
- Experience working with stakeholders and non-technical people
- Ability to use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on site performance
- Ability in interpreting data to inform content decisions that enhances user experience
