This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join the Asset Strategy team within Property Services. The Data Analysts will report to the Senior Investment Strategy Manager and work within a small team assisting with analysis and data interpretation for future investment looking at future spend. We are recruiting to 3 roles.

The Data Analysts will be responsible for providing accurate asset data and using it to plan major works to our homes, to ensure that Decent Homes and the L&Q standards are maintained. 

You will be responsible for reporting and analysing maintenance data from a range of different bespoke systems, spreadsheets and other data sources. With the purpose of future investment Strategy for existing stock and looking at future spend.

You will be able to collaborate with other business areas within L&Q to make conclusive analysis of data available and request additional information and data to bring about the full picture.

 

 

To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:

·         Experience of dealing with property data and experience of systems such as Keystone, Pimms, QL or other stock condition \ asset data systems.

·         Ability to influence others through appliance of related data

·         Good written and oral communication skills

·         Commitment to providing high levels of customer service

·         Experience in data administration, management and change control processes

·         Experience of using Power BI - Desirable
