Reporting to the Head of Design and Planning our Design & Planning Managers are focussed on a variety of design and planning projects that will shape the places we are creating in the interim and long term.  We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Design & Planning Manager to help deliver our large scale, fast paced projects. You will be experienced in advising on design and planning matters throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility through to delivery of mixed use schemes with an excellent track record of providing advice, guidance and securing implementable planning consents, as well as driving exceptional design quality.

 

You must be able to effectively influence, have  excellent communication skills, and be able to develop and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level with design and planning stakeholders, partners and internal clients.

You will be responsible for managing devolved budgets and projects; monitoring, controlling and planning for expenditure, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

 

Ideally you will be RTPI or RICS (P&D) accredited.
